Last Sunday, we were traveling from Chicago and had a major engine failure. We contacted Mann’s, they sent a truck and trailer, got it in the shop, diagnosed and repaired it on Monday. The overall satisfaction of dealing with them was by far a great experience considering the circumstances. I rate them a 10 in customer service, knowledge and hospitality. Thanks Chris and Staff!
Dealership and Clint are amazing. They took care of me from beginning to end, no promises, and nothing unexpected. Even had an issue few days after sale and It was taken care of! I truly recommend Mann's. Maybe a few miles down the highway, but a great ride home!

Called the service dept on a Sunday. Bike was throwing codes and not starting. They walked me through how to check the codes myself and ran the codes for me. After I messed with the bike, I decided to run it up to Mann's to leave it for them to check it out. Got there 30 minutes before they closed and they brought the computer out, hooked it up, and figured out the issue and got the bike running right then!! Can't express my appreciation enough!! Awesome service dept!!
This dealerships service department is in fact one of the best ever, Customer Service in a 10. Workmanship is a 10. They came in on their day off to fix a brother of mines bike. That is unheard of. I applaud the management team at this dealership for a fantastic job.
This store will turn down service if you have aftermarket warranties. They refused to patch or change a tire on my 2018 FatBob bc they wouldn’t use my warranty I purchased just about 2 months ago when I bought the bike from a Harley dealership in Mason OH. heads up to anyone traveling you’ll have no luck unless you have cash.
The Service Department is amazing. I took my 07 Street Glide in this week and not only did they repair my primary chain noise, they brought to my attention a couple issues that I didn’t even know about. I got my bike back this week and it has NEVER ran so good. I appreciate those guys so much!!
Traveling from North Carolina on Friday at 4:45pm my Uncle experiences a rear flat in a construction zone. Got it safely to the side out of traffic and called Mann's HD. We weren't sure what to expect as we were 40 miles from the Dealership and their website said they close at 6:00pm. Spoke with service and they where on the way!! Chris and staff are truly Hero's that made a bad experience just part of the adventure! Thank you!!
